These terms are written in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive version. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will govern.

Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration on CK44 Long is mandatory. Providing incorrect or false information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one account on CK44 Long. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses being voided. Multiple accounts are identified through shared devices, IP addresses, or payment methods.
After registration, you must complete the account verification (KYC) process. Withdrawals are not possible without verification. A copy of your National ID card or passport is required to complete verification.
Members must be at least 18 years old to participate on CK44 Long. Registration by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. If there is any doubt regarding a member's age, CK44 Long may request proof of age at any time.

Deposits on CK44 Long can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

CK44 Long does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method must be registered in the member's own name. If a third-party payment is detected, the deposit will be returned and the account will be placed under review.
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making any withdrawal on CK44 Long. Withdrawal requests will not be processed without verified accounts.

Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. If multiple methods were used, the first withdrawal will be routed to the method with the highest deposited amount. CK44 Long may request additional documentation during the withdrawal process if verification is deemed necessary.
All bonus offers on CK44 Long come with specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions for that bonus.
The CK44 Long welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account. A 100% bonus on your first deposit is offered, up to ৳10,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus.
Weekly cashback is credited to your account automatically every Monday. Only 1x wagering applies to cashback. Members who have activated Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion will not receive cashback for the duration of that period.
Bonus Abuse: CK44 Long strictly prohibits any attempt to obtain bonuses through artificial means. If bonus abuse is detected, the account will be permanently closed.
By placing a bet on CK44 Long, you acknowledge that betting outcomes are entirely uncertain and that you may lose your entire stake.
CK44 Long continuously monitors for suspicious betting patterns. Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all related bets will be voided, the account will be closed, and legal action will be taken if necessary.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on CK44 Long. Any violation will result in immediate account closure.
CK44 Long reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is suspicion or evidence of a rule violation.
If an account is closed with a valid balance that is not subject to forfeiture due to a rule violation, that balance will be returned after verification. Members who wish to close their own account should email support@ck44long.net.
